Abstract
We proposed a method to control the modulation depth of a guided mode resonance grating structure by using two-step nanoimprinting process in order to achieve narrow band optical filters. We verified this method with good reproducibility. Experimental results show that the grating modulation depth can be varied from 86 nm to 41 nm, and a transmitted notch filter with a spectral FWHM of 0.9 nm was achieved.
