Measurement and analysis of the spatial resolution of a THz continuous wave reflection scanning imaging system

Abstract

This paper proposes a highly efficient and accurate method to test the spatial resolution of THz imaging systems. Nonlinear polynomial curve fitting is used and the relationship between frequency and spatial resolution is obtained.
